With dropping oil prices there have been several consumers inquiring as to the market conditions for 2015. After reviewing Mid year stats of 2015 to 2014 there is no significant fall out for listing. There has been a decrease in the number of sales over the two years but with no significant drop in market value. The decrease in sales can be contributed to many factors including general consumer fear & several changes to the lending industry. Rocky Mountain House typically has not experienced the extreme highs of neighboring marketplaces therefore we typically we do not experience the lows and do not see dramatic dips! Its very important when considering current market conditions to contact your local Real Estate Professional to see how today's market is affecting your real estate investments.
