After just returning from beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia from my 4th consecutive Century 21 Canadian Conference, I've come back with more new ideas, more insight into customer satisfaction, and a new found respect for fellow Real Estate Agents from across Canada.
Every year I attend, I share laughs and stories with fellow agents from all markets. No matter how big the market is, we all have one thing in common, the key to success is client satisfaction. By continuing to put our clients needs first, the top producing Agents across Canada continually grow their client base, and their business becomes easier with referrals from not only past clients, but from other Agents. As I've always strived to produce satisfied customers, I'm continually adding to my system to be able to better stay in touch, along with making sure I go the extra mile whenever I can to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
With our changing market, Agents are going to need to outperform the competition in order to stay on top. Each year I'm attending some sort of marketing or skills improvement class with the intentions of helping buyers and sellers think differently so they can achieve their goals.
