When first considering the sale of your home, call me for a FREE Market Evaluation. I will meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations and explain to you how I can assist you with the sale of your house. I will review with you all costs associated with selling your home, explain different marketing strategies, and remind you that you can earn Air Miles reward miles when selling your house through me.

  1. Assessing your Property

Upon our initial meeting, I will walk through your property with you while you point out the features of your house, recent upgrades and/or improvements. I will examine both the interior and exterior of your home; take a few measurements and photos (for evaluation purposes).

  1. Comparative Market Analysis

With the information I have gathered from our meeting, I will compare your house to    other houses in the area that are for sale or have recently sold. This will help us to determine the best price range to list your house at.

  1. Marketing your Property

After reviewing the market analysis with you, we will decide on a list price and discuss which marketing strategies you prefer. This will help to customize a marketing plan that suits your lifestyle.

  1. Listing your House

Once we have decided on a marketing plan, and price we will complete all necessary documents and place a For Sale sign in your front yard. At this stage I will also take high resolution photos for advertising purposes.

  1. Receiving Offers

There is more to consider than just price when receiving an offer. I will go through the offer with you and point out the key pieces of information. You will need to decide if it will work for you. If so, you can accept the offer. If it will not work for you, then we can counter the offer.

  1. SOLD

Once a price, terms and conditions have all been agreed upon. The buyer will work to satisfy the conditions. Once all conditions are removed, the paperwork will be forwarded to your lawyer where the transaction will be completed. You will need to meet with your lawyer to sign over land title to the new owner.
