Saskatchewan experienced balanced real estate market conditions in 2010.
The number of sales in 2010 was down slightly in both the Regina and Saskatoon areas. However, Saskatoon saw a minor drop in sales volume of 2% while Regina saw a slight increase in sales volume of 1%.

In April, the Saskatoon region noted a nearly 100 per cent increase in the value of all building permits over the same month last year.
