New Construction in Saskatchewan Remains Strong

In April, the Saskatoon region noted a nearly 100 per cent increase in the value of all building permits over the same month last year. The Regina Leader Post reports that construction projects such as the Harbour Landing development are contributing to strong numbers for Regina in terms of the total value of building permits.
