Despite a crazy snow day, over 170 agents, staff and guests braved the elements to attend this year’s first Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. We had the good fortunate to have Richard Robbins spend some time discussing his approach to the listing presentation.

His impressive career spans over 30 years starting with real estate sales to becoming an author, business mentor and one of North America's most sought-after speakers.
“You got to list to last”
A key take-away from Richard’s talk was the importance of the 70/30 rule—build your business with 70% listings and 30% buyers. After sharing a NAR study that found real estate agents spent on average 24 hours from start to finish with a buyer and only 8 hours with a seller, Richard went on to share the top 5 reasons he prefers Listings over Buyers.
