Success Trak is a Rob Vivian Coaching program designed exclusively for Leading Edge agents. It provides agents new to the business or seeking to improve their skills 12 months of coaching and accountability. Monthly meetings with Rob cover a range of basic business skills that build the foundation for a success career, and include script training and assigned tasks to develop lead generation systems and increase productivity. Weekly accountability calls keep agents on track to reach their goals. This is a complimentary program we encourage all our agents to take advantage of.
Elite Business Training with Kathleen Black
Our “Elite Business Building” Training Series represents the ultimate in mastering real estate systems, and advanced top producer mentalities. Why spend extensive time, money & resources in research and development, when proven systems that are creating massive returns already exist? This training series is designed to cultivate the potential of every Realtor to create a solid business foundation. Only from this perspective can we build our business to a capability of true leverage and strength.
This 20 week training program will change the way you look at real estate from here on. This is a 7-part seminar series designed to familiarize agents with Company systems and tools. It is held once a week in two-hour sessions. Topics covered include internal administrative systems, TREB systems, real estate business forms, contracts and offers, CENTURY 21 technology and social media.
CENTURY 21 technology includes a personal website, blog, CRM system and marketing tools. GoldScore Workshop is a 4-part hands-on (bring your laptop) weekly training series to learn how to use these systems and integrate them in all aspects of the real estate process from prospecting, client nurturing, working with buyers and sellers, and obtaining repeat and referral business.
FINTRAC Compliance Training
REALTORS® face new obligations as a result of FINTRAC changes that came into effect February 1, 2014. Once a month Tasis Giannoukakis, our FINTRAC Compliance Officer and Branch Manager, conducts an informative one-hour session that covers the fundamentals of these new requirements, how it affects your everyday business, what you need to do to comply and how to fill out necessary documentation.
