When even the "Professional 'FSBO' can't sell their own place....its time to call a Realtor!!!
I found this article that I thought was a great explanation of how many to try to sell their own home thinking they will make more of a profit without the use of a Realtor, but in the end find out that sometimes we help make them more money.
