Professional Background
I am proud to have been a member of the CENTURY 21 system for over 31 years now. I started as a Sales Associate back in December 1980 with CENTURY 21 Parkland Realty Ltd. in my hometown of Melville, Saskatchewan. In 1985, I became a Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Parkland Realty Ltd. in Melville. In October of 1997 our ownership group purchased CENTURY 21 Broadway Park Realty in Yorkton. In April 2011, after 14 wonderful years, we sold the this franchise to John Bueckert Sr. and Jonathan Bueckert Jr, long time successful Yorkton businessmen. The Bueckert's continue to operate CENTURY 21 Broadway Park Realty in a manner where you, the customer/client is most important. This business strategy is one I most certainly agree with and as a result I am most pleased to continue to spend each of my work days as their Broker/General Manager.
I served on the Yorkton Real Estate Association Inc. Board of Directors for many years culminating in a two year term as President in 2002 & 2003. In May 2004 I proudly accepted the prestigious CMHC REALTOR® of the Year Award for 2003.
Over the past few years I have served on various committees for the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS® including the provincial and national Political Action Committees. On January 1, 2012 I will begin my fourth year as the Region 1 Representative on the provincial Board of Directors for the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®.
I have a strong opinion that you should always put something back into the industry that you work in and as a result I feel my contributions to the real estate industry are not complete yet.
I thank all the clients/customers I have had the opportunity to associate with over the past 31 plus years. It has been a distinct privilege and pleasure and I certainly look forward to more business opportunites in the future.
