Listing your home for sale is not as easy as just posting it on MLS® or placing an online ad. Pricing and timing are both key in any market and Slave Lake and area is still very price sensitive. You may hire me to list your home for sale but decide to wait a couple of weeks to put it on the active market. Even if it is only 1-2 weeks I always re-do my research using the most up to date sales information so that I can hopefully get you the best price for your house for sale. This takes time and effort but if the market has improved in the past couple of weeks my market knowledge will help you make more money. Pictures are also important so I ensure to get the best shots possible. If my clients are not happy with one of the pictures I am open to changing them or adding more as needed.

Professional Background

My previous employment before getting into real estate was very diversified, which helps in this career as I am able to be creative and multi-task.  After graduating from Queen's University's Economics program, I spent several years in the customer service industry--where I always put my clients first.  I don't hesitate to work outside of 'normal business hours' and am always available for my clients.  Some of my previous experience includes:
