I received a call from a buyer client today who moved into his new home at the end of February. He said the reason he was calling was to invite Geoff and me to a house warming party he was having in about a month. I said "we will absolutely be there." I'll be honest, if a client calls after a closing, it's usually not to invite us to a house warming party. When a client becomes a friend and is happy after a stressful home buying or selling experience, it's one of the best thank yous we can get. Have a great day!
