What's Happening with the Lloydminster Market?

A question I get asked a few times a day is "What's happening with the market?"  So far, it's business as usual.  Things are still busy and we are seeing more listings over the last month or so, but this is normal as we gear up for the busy Spring season.  Homes are still selling and there are still Buyers out looking.  Buyers have more options this year, which means they can view several home and make a decision that is right for them, instead of having "this one" house in their price range and having to make a quick decision before another Buyer snaps it up. Interest rates are even lower than they were last year, and combined with plenty of selection, it makes buying a home very appealing.  The houses that are priced right are still moving without sitting on the market for an extended amount of time.

If you are wanting to sell your home there are no worries - a home priced right will still sell - and if you are looking to get into the market, or move up in the market, for the first time in a few years this may be your best chance.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I am always willing to help you out in any way I can.
