It's official - total real estate sales have passed the $1 billion mark for the first time. Based on reports through the Association of Regina REALTORS® MLS® System, several new highs were sent in November 2011 compared to a year ago:

In the Regina area, home sales were as hot as the weather in September with new highs recorded for residential property sales. The number of sales in September 2011 was up 21% from the same time a year ago.

Did you know that the Federal Competition Bureau and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) ratified an agreement on Monday, October 25, 2010?
