Dufferin Grove is bordered by its namesake Dufferin Street to the west, Bloor Street to the north, College Street to the south, and Ossington Avenue to the east. College and Ossington are home to great restaurants and an eclectic collection of shops and cafes. Bloor Street is home to its own unique collection of bars, shops, and restaurants of all types, from pizza shops to Ethiopian cuisine. Dufferin is largely residential, but is home to the Dufferin Mall.

Two stations on the Bloor Danforth subway line serve the neighbourhood and will take you to a transfer point with the Yonge and Spadina subway lines, which makes getting downtown a snap! College has a 24 hour streetcar, which will take you east towards downtown and allow you to explore College Streets unique character, or west towards High Park. There are also many signed bike routes throughout the neighbourhood, and even a bike lane on College. The large houses in Dufferin Grove also often feature laneways and garages for parking!
