In my last post I discussed how Realtors are great service to clients. Now I want to discuss why service is actually a really big deal. Its when you don't receive it is when you realize how important it is. We hired a contractor to do work at our home and they gave us NO service at all. They were just there and did not help out with any of our needs and we felt that it was more about the contractor then us. Looking back, I realized that the reason why I got into real estate over 24 years ago is when I purchased my first home which was over 30 years ago. We received no help during the process of it, and had no idea what was happening. This is when I thought to myself and said "hey I can do a better job than that". This is why service is so important. It doesn't matter if your a realtor or contractor, you're paid for your help, knowledge and service, so give the customer the service that they need and paid for. I can personally say that I am there for my clients from the beginning of the process until the end, helping them with all their needs, because that is what service is all about.
Why service is REALLY IMPORTANT.
