Average House Sale in Saskatchewan - $251,997
In Saskatchewan, residential home sales were up slightly during the first three months of the year.
Data released Friday by the Canadian Real Estate Association indicated 2,342 homes sold in our Province through the MLS® system in the first three months of the year. That was up 0.7 per cent compared to the same period last year.
A combination of higher prices and increased sales pushed the dollar value of sales up in Saskatchewan 6.4 per cent in the first quarter of 2011.
