You not only sold our existing condo in one day on the market, but capitalized on a hot market by helping us get more than our asking price! You were professional, prompt, and extremely efficient in assisting us with all documentation necessary to close the deal. Again, because we were out of province, it would have been difficult to meet all the closing requirements, but you made sure that it was painless.
In addition, we can not thank you enough for finding the new condo we bought. With very little on the market, you were able to search extensively and present us with a condo that was already sold conditionally with conditions that couldn't be met so the deal did not go through. Because of the limited inventory, you knew we had to act quickly but living out of province made that challenging. Again, you went above and beyond by taking enough digital photographs and verbally describing the condo in so much detail I felt like I was there! I can honestly say that I've never made a purchase this big sight unseen, but with your assistance, I wasn't the least bit concerned.
