Knowing who to do business with!

Strange things have happened in our industry lately and it is important that buyers and seller research very well who they want to entrust their biggest asset with.  As I have always said, "research is key".  Our homes are perhaps the biggest investments of our lives.  We need to know that in times of change, like moving by selling or being just a first time buyer, people have to know that their interest are protected.

Doing your due diligence with regards to the Sales Representative and Brokerage that you want to employ and handle your transaction is very important.  A careful scrutiny of the various factors that can affect your desire to sell or buy is crucial.  It is sad to note that there are situations when this is not done.  It is important to be aware of the fact that there are thousands of Real Estate Sales Representatives in Ontario and you need to know the right one who will protect your interest all throughout the transaction.

The Brokerage you employ is perhaps evern more important.  You must remember that your Real Estate transaction is with the Brokerage that you choose.  The Sales Representative can come and go but the Brokerage is the one that holds your deposits in trust as well as your contract.  Choosing a reputable brokerage will make feel confident that your transaction is attended to with the highest regard for you and your family's welfare.
