Open houses pay off
I learned this week to never never assume anything when it comes to real estate. I did an open house at one of my listings last weekend, had a request 2 days later for a second showing from a neighbor who had walked through the house at the open house and 3 days later I put up the SOLD sign! You just never know where this business is going to take you next!
