You've done it before - you're out shopping, see something you like, and say, "This looks nice!" Or maybe, "That is sooo cute!" And in lots of cases, what you are seeing has been staged to show it at its best (and hopefully produce that response).
Your home is no different. And with most buyers doing a lot of shopping and research online, what kind of an impression does your listing give when they come across it?
A buyer typically searches real estate within basic parameters, such as:
- how many bedrooms
- is there a garage
- extras (a/c, granite countertops, large yard, etc.)
So once your listing comes up in their search, how do you get them to take a closer look? Of course - the property photos!
It's the only chance you get to make a great first impression - so make sure those photos are done well and done right!
