I didn't know that I went through all those courses in such short period of time. Quality and knowledge is part of my services and this happen by keeping myself all the times updated. Average Agent in the industry should complete at least 24 credits in education during each 2 years registration cycle - I did finish 45 credits on my last cycle 2009-2010, beside the other courses/seminars ...
