Pringle Creek is a great well established neighbourhood with  a cluster of newer homes closer to the Brock/Taunton area.  It is also one of the largest communities in Whitby.
 

Pringle Creek has a wealth of well equipped parks and open spaces.  There are 20 parks serving this community.  There are also bike trails and the Whitby Curling Club adding to the many ways to enjoy yourself in this neighbourhood.

The Toronto Real Estate Board reports that at the end of the 1st Quarter, 2014, Pringle Creek had 91 houses listed for sale with 62 homes sold at an average sale price of $368,172. The average house sold in 12 days and for 101% of their asking price.
