This period is known as the Articling Segment. Every 2 years Registrants are required to complete continued education courses in order to ensure that their knowledge is up to date and they are equipped with the right tools to always ensure their clients are receiving proper service.
In addition to the knowledge, skills and expertise Real Estate Professionals are required to comply with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 (RECO) and associated regulations, including the code of Ethics.
