Feb 2014 - For a fourth consecutive year, the Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards (QFREB) commissioned the firm Léger to assess the home buying and selling intentions of Québec consumers. In addition, the territory was divided into three main geographic areas: the Greater Montréal area, the Greater Québec City area and the rest of the province.
