We hire professional photographers to photograph your home. We know where our expertise lies and where it doesn't. Furniture stores don't use snapshots from their iPhones to sell furniture and we won't try and sell your home with them either. Showing your home off in its most attractive light is a very important piece of the puzzle. The better your home shows, the more people will come view it. Getting buyers through your door is essential to getting you top dollar.
We also offer home staging. Anyone watching HGTV knows this works! Top price and faster sale. Who doesn't want that?
We utilize all facets of social media - people can't buy what they don't know is for sale. The internet is how homes are best featured and sold.

Our site features team listings, a variety of community information such as school zones, our blogs, and a place to meet the team. Fifty percent of realtors still don't have their own website (I know!).
