The 12 month period from March 31, 2012 to March 31, 2013 - Average sale price

Two Niagara districts saw decreases in the average price: Niagara-on-the Lake at -2.7% and Thorold at -1.7%.  All others saw gains.  The overall average increase to March is +2.9%.
