Step 4: The Dream Home Search
Your REALTOR® will assist you in finding homes that match the criteria you have provided them with. They will also arrange appointments and go with you to view various homes.
Step 5: Making an Offer
Once you have located your dream home, your REALTOR® will assist you in making an offer and go over all terms and conditions with you. In addition your REALTOR® will negotiate on your behalf and try to get you the best possible price.
Step 6: After Acceptance
Your REALTOR® will assist you in removing all terms and conditions and will aid you in finding a good home inspector or any other professionals you may need to consult with.
