It is my pleasure to recommend Maureen Seguin as a real estate agent.  Maureen, you did a super job in my sell/buy transactions.

As an out-of-province client you were able to offer me excellent service in selling my condo in Burnaby.  Even the price you negotiated was excellent considering similar units were sold 20K below our sale price.  Well done.

All the assistance Maureen provided me while purchasing a new condo in Port Coquitlam was superb.  I was not able to be in BC to complete the transactions, so Maureen kindly acted as a middle person to keep me up-to-date and provided me all necessary information and assistance to complete the transaction.

My experience with Maureen was superior, she is innovative, knows all media welll and where and how to advertise, she is very prompt, diligent, responsive and above all very professional and personable.  Maureen takes pride in doing good job.

I was very fortunate to meet Maureen and have her as my real estate agent.  I am pleased to recommend Maureen if you are looking for someone to buy or sell your home.  I have dealt with many real estate brokers in Canada, Maureen, you are the best!

- Sinikka, (Saskatchewan)

To say that we are extremely impressed with Maureen, is an understatement. Maureen has gone way above and beyond (and exceeded many times over) our expectations. We could not be happier with our decision to ask her to be our realtor.

We don’t think anyone else could have done a better, more professional and more efficient job. She is warm, caring,  friendly and outgoing as well. We encountered numerous issues due to city permit problems, and Maureen tackled every single one of them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maureen. I truly believe there is no one better for your real estate needs. Please feel free to contact us, if you have more questions

- Victor & Ana (Coquitlam)

I have worked with Maureen off and on over the past few years and find her passionate, detail oriented and committed to any project that she embraces. She is client focused and her positive personality is inspiring and a pleasure to work with.

I am thrilled to offer a recommendation for Maureen and I truly believe that you will find success when working with her.

Please contact me if you require any further information.

I’ve had the pleasure to work closely with Maureen over the past year, and her commitment to her clients, her professionalism and work ethic make her standout from the crowd.  I have referred business to Maureen, and I have had great feedback from my clients.  If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell, Maureen would be a great choice!

- Ian Trevor, RBC Mortgage Specialist

Maureen was referred to me by two friends.  As a first time homebuyer, I had virtually no experience with real estate.  As a real estate expert, Maureen was not only able to answer my kazillion questions with sound knowledge but she was also able to gauge my constantly evolving tastes.  I went from wanting a two-bedroom apartment in the West End to buying a loft in Mount Pleasant.  It took viewing close to 50 places to finally make my purchase; Maureen was with me all the way.

With the prospect of purchasing the biggest item in my life, I bounced from anxiety, excitement to confusion.  Maureen has an innate ability to approach people with sincerity, humility and a sense of calm.  She has a wicked sense of humour and always makes you feel comfortable.  I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who needs a reliable, hard-working and committed professional.   On top of that, Maureen makes it look so simple because it’s apparent that she truly loves her job!

- Andrea, Vancouver

After knowing Maureen for a number of years through a networking group, I know that she is dedicated to her clients and puts their needs before her own. She is open to new ideas and able to think outside of the box to get the job done. Maureen is a Trustworthy, Reliable, Intelligent, Witty, Knowledgeable real estate professional. Maureen is a true pleasure to work with on any level as a client or her business partner. She is a true professional, whose passion for selling and buying has benefited her clientele via the level of success she has achieved for them. She is a fabulous networker and truly believes in promoting other businesses. Yet, she finds the time to get involved in the community.  I am one of the fortunate people to be in her circle of friends.

– PJ Juneja, Maple Leaf Storage

If you are looking to buy a sell a home in Greater Vancouver, the best decision you could make would be to hire Maureen Seguin as your realtor!  Maureen is enthusiastic, hard working, and brutally honest when she needs to be, while always looking out for your best interest above all else.  For my home sale and purchase, Maureen was there helping me with every step.  She had a great attention to detail with preparing my home for sale that I am sure helped it sell quickly in what was a depressed market.  Then, as if that wasn’t enough, her recommendations and research helped me to find a beautiful new home in a neighbourhood that I absolutely love.  Without all of Maureen’s knowledge I sincerely doubt I would be as happy with my home as I am now.  If you want a realtor who will make the sometimes unpleasant business of buying a home a breeze, seriously, look no further.

– John, Burnaby

When you’re a first time home buyer you’re going to have a lot questions. After you have exhausted your friends, family, co-workers and strangers on the skytrain with questions about mortgage rates, rain screening and paint color, Maureen will still be there for you. From the beginning of my search  to the end Maureen was there for me. Starting out Maureen showed me multiple options in Vancouver, many I would have never considered after previewing on MLS. After I fell in love with my place she connected with me an amazing mortgage broker and real estate lawyer. She saw me through the panic of making an offer to the celebration of closing. Maureen is passionate about what she does and that passion combined with her market knowledge and patience will soon make you a happy homeowner!

– Kylie, Vancouver

I’ve been working with Maureen to find a home in Vancouver.  I’ve been recommending her to people I know who are looking to buy or list a house, because I know she takes excellent care of her clients and is committed greatly to her work.  I had never heard of working exclusively with one realtor under a formal agreement – which is the only way Maureen works – however, after having tried it, I wouldn’t do it any other way.  Maureen works hard and smart.  She has stayed on top of all situations I’ve presented to her and has been very proactive in finding me what I want.  Get my email from Maureen.

- Omar, Vancouver

As a first-time buyer, everything about the process of buying a home is daunting. Maureen takes the time to explain everything, and she does so very clearly and with obvious insight that reveals how much knowledge, as well as hard work, provides the foundation for helping home buyers achieve success. Her knowledge of the Vancouver housing market is very impressive and I could tell right away that she was in complete command of the type of offer it would take to secure the home of my dreams.
