Born and raised in Kelowna, Annette Lipkovits has been married for 26 years to one of Kelowna's own Fire Fighters. They have two wonderful children, both married, one recently graduating with a degree in marketing from Simon Fraser University & one currently still working towards his degree, plus a house full of well loved pets. In the early years of her marriage Annette and her family lived and travelled throughout North America for work and pleasure. The experience introduced Annette to her love of travel, but also made her realize how lucky she is to call Kelowna home.
Growing up in the construction industry Annette offers a lifetime of experience and expertise in consulting & designing, planning & building and buying & selling homes.

My Background
I fell in love with the Okanagan as a child. We vacationed here every summer after a three day pilgrimage from Saskatchewan. As a university student living in Calgary, I frequently visited the area, promising myself that I would make Kelowna my home one day. On the day that I married my husband at the Manteo overlooking Okanagan Lake, we vowed to cherish one another in sickness and in health... AND in the Okanagan! We promised to move to this amazing place at our first opportunity.
So, here we are, living the dream in Kelowna. We are raising our family in paradise.
After university, having graduated with a B.Admin, I fulfilled my lifelong ambition of working in the airline industry. For more than 10 years, I enjoyed my roles in in-flight as a flight attendant, trainer and manager. My internal and external customer service was exceptional and I earned respect and esteem from my team.
After moving to Kelowna, the absence of a comparable position with an airline, gave me the opportunity to step out and work in a completely different field, one that I have held in esteem for many years. I grew very fond of the real estate environment while building two consecutive homes of my own. Then, during our search for the perfect home in Kelowna, I became enamoured with the search and the process of it. It was obvious that real estate was, for me, a chance do something that I love!
