Professional Background
I was the owner and operator of Brandon Flower and Gift in Brandon Manitoba for nine years. We produced unique design and were known for the highest quality product in the city.
I boast staging experience as well; not strictly in botanicals. If you are considering selling your home, I am the Realtor that has the experience to make your home show it's potential. Personal Background
My husband and I have parented numerous Aboriginal youth. We have had a bi-racial family since 1991. For but one example, we lived as a blended family with a sibling group of three for seven and a half years.
As my business was in the downtown trade area in Brandon, I became aware of a housing crisis. I developed two very successful transitional housing projects in conjunction with Maple Leaf. After purchasing the properties, I subcontracted all of the renovations and completed the projects ahead of schedule, and to code. Maple Leaf was able to provide their immigrant employees transitional housing when arriving in Brandon.
I have had experience with tenancy and an understanding of inner city, core area dynamics. If your real estate interest or requirements extend there, I am eager and willing to be challenged, and involved with your project.
Professional Interests
My family has been competing very successfully in equestrian sports for years. I claimed Manitoba Team Penning Champion buckles four years running. My daughter competed successfully in North American Young Riders Finals in Kentucky in 2010. Our passion for horses led us to the country. As a result, we have developed rural property from the "ground up" and have experience with water issues and challenges specific to life and property that is outside of the city.
My passion extends to the rural property that you might be looking for. I would love to share your quest with you and will do everything possible to walk you through what ever trail you are embarking on.
