Marketing - Visibility is our Goal

Visibility is our Goal

Our unique marketing approach sets Century 21 McGuigan Pepin apart from the rest. We believe that promoting your property is essential. Marketing your home appropriately to sell as quickly as possible, all while assuring you get the best price is our promise. Marketing begins at the get-go with a staging consultation with our expert associates. The staging process not only allows for the best showings to potential buyers, but is also key in the photographing of your home.

We will promote your home through both print and computer advertising to ensure the greatest amount of visibility. Our dedicated team will also hold Sunday open houses and broker caravans. Further, our company believes in making the ordinary, extraordinary by hosting a variety of events for the public such as; A Taste of Tuscany, Display Montreal, and Lunch 'n Learns.  Our 2012 Taste of Tuscany event was a wine tasting held to promote our listing of a vineyard in Tuscany. The event was a great success. Recently, Century 21 McGuigan Pepin hosted a Lunch 'n Learn at the Atwater Club as an opportunity for the community to have their real estate questions answered by a panel of experts. Our Display Montreal 2012 contest was a social media contest aimed to promote people's favourite places around Montreal.

We look forward to working with you in the marketing of your home!
