Melissa Lavender is a proud resident Beaverton Ontario. After spending the last several years living in various regions of Ontario she and her young family settled in the best place they could imagine to call home; the picturesque northern shores of Lake Simcoe. Melissa is grateful every morning when she wakes up to see the mist rising off of the water, the geese in the reeds, and the songbirds in the trees. Seeing all of the stars in the night's sky and the sun glistening off of the landscape like diamonds during the day. Here, the little things are appreciated and life is lived to the fullest.
The boundless beauty of this area fuel Melissa’s ever growing spirit for Simcoe area properties. Be it the shores of lake Simcoe, or Couchiching, the multitude of municipal and provincial parks, fantastic nightlife, unique culture and the arts – there is no limit to the resources of the area to keep her passionate and motivated to help you find your new home, or sell your existing one.
Whether you are a lifelong resident or just getting settled, Melissa is always ready to chat. Give her a call today to see what blooms!
