MARKET IS AS HOT AS THE WEATHER

York Region is still booming with multiple offers.  Prices are being forced upward on many homes and some price ranges are difficult to locate.  Buyers are taking advantage of the low interest rates and the opportunity of home ownership, which is more than just owing a home.  It is a good feeling, knowing you are living in a house you have choosen and are making it a home.
