I guess the witches and ghosts are out this week causing a slower market, but this is no time to be sitting back with interest rates still holding and prices are steady. York Region is still booming with multiple offers. Prices are being forced upward on many homes and some price ranges are difficult to locate. Buyers are taking advantage of the low interest rates and the opportunity of home ownership, which is more than just owing a home. It is a good feeling, knowing you are living in a house you have choosen and are making it a home.

The summer is just about over and school is back for another year as we swing into the fall market.
