Even realtors caught off guard by strength of Canadian housing numbers this year                                                                            
Unforeseen strength in housing markets in British Columbia and Ontario has forced the Canadian Real Estate Association to up its forecast for both sales and prices. But the Ottawa-based group, which represents about 110,000 realtors across the country, is revising its forecast downward for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland and Labrador.
