HALIBURTON:  You know the ones.  Often they are bungalows, splits entries, or some variation thereof.  In HRM homes of this vintage are some of the most common on the market for sale today.  The reason is simple demographics.  A lot of young families purchased these homes as 'almost new' back in the day.  Those owners are now empty nesters, so they're looking to sell.  Or, families who purchased these more recently as affordable options, view them as stepping stone homes.  A five year commitment before 'purchasing up' to a larger or newer home.
