I am sorry this has taken so long for me to send. I really don't have a good excuse!
I have been picking up as many floor shifts as possible since the middle of August. As you know my business wasn't picking up at all but I really wasn't doing much to make anything happen either.
On a rainy Tuesday at the end of August I picked up a floor shift and had a father and daughter come into the office after seeing a listing at 638 Beach Crescent outside. From the start there was a language barrier but we managed to pull up a few listings they wanted to see - in the million dollar range.
As we were looking through other listings in the building one caught their eye - in the high 2 million dollar range.
We schedule the appointments after only meeting for 10 minutes or so. We saw two properties on the Thursday and by midnight on Friday we had an accepted offer on the high 2 million dollar property. This was over a million more than what they originally said they were looking to spend.
A week later subjects were removed and since my clients have moved in and are very happy they came into the Century 21 In Town office that day.
This is just one of the leads that I have gotten off of floor in the last few months.
Both Floor and Kiosk have been my best sources of obtaining new clients other than personal referrals since I started over 5 years ago.
