He farmed briefly before settling in at Canada Post where he served as Post Master in Foam Lake until 1983. Eric considered it a privilege to serve his community and the friendships he enjoyed in curling and golf were highlights in his life. Eric took great pride in his family and enjoyed following their activities. His life was filled with love for his family and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. We wish to express our appreciation to all of Eric's friends at the Legion Manor and to Dr. Clarke for his care and kindness. A Memorial Service celebrating Eric's life will be held for family and friends on Friday, April 16, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at McClure United Church in Saskatoon.
