Due to the rain we had to postpone the Outdoor Movie Night in Yaletown last Sunday. The park was too wet and muddy so we decided to move the event to our rain out date.

Well we are half way through the Summer of 2010 { sad face}. We are starting to see a bit of the August slow down...BUT it still feels busy. Phones are ringing and "Walk-Ins" are still plentiful at all our locations. So that tell us there is more business to come throughout the remainder of our Summer.

Yes you heard it right...our Helen "Lucky" Broz won a great door prize at our annual golf event, but she can't use the GC...SO are you interested? Century 21 In Town Realty and CENTUM Pacific Mortgages held their annual Golf Tournament at Mylora Golf Course (#5 Road). And yes once again the Sun was out in full force.
