2. Market your home to the most qualified buyers.

3. Sell you home at the best price possible.

4. Negotiate offers and guide you through inspections, contact contingencies and deadlines - making sure you are prepared and informed at closing.


When you are Ready to BUY, standard practices for any real estate agent should provide the following guidelines:

1. Help you select a home and community that's right for you, and ensure a good investment.

2. Determine an appropriate sales offer.

3. Negotiate a final contract.

4. Guide you through inspections, contingencies and deadlines - making sure you are prepared and informed at closing.
