Escaping the city on the North Dyke

Getting away from the hustle and bustle that is Richmond can be as easy as stepping onto the dyke. This afternoon I hopped across River Road at Lynas Lane and did a bit of exploring. Found a pier, a picnic table and of course, the dyke trail. I was minutes away from No 2 Road and Westminster Hwy, one of Richmond's busiest corners, and yet it felt like I had left everything behind and was out in the country.

The airport is on the other side of the river.

A picnic? Maybe on a warmer day!

My new listing in The Hamptons is just across the street!

Back on the dyke looking east towards the No 2 Road Bridge. The Hamptons are on the right.
