Many waterfront properties that were on the market for much of the summer 2010 are now selling at reduced prices.
Buyer's seem to be ready to take the plunge and interest rates are holding.

We are fast approaching the July 1st deadline!
The GST and soon to be HST will affect only the services related to the sale of an existing cottage or home.
