April of 2011 showed a 45% list-to-sold ratio with an average Days On Market of 97. April of 2012 was very similar with a 52% list-to-sale ratio and an average of 86 Days On Market. Now, in comparison, April of 2013 saw the list-to-sale percentage drop to 35% but the Days On Market stayed about the same at 87. From February of 2013 to February of 2014 there has been a 26% decrease in sales.
All of these numbers are related to Halifax-Dartmouth and area. This includes all the communities such as Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Sackville and others.
