I seem to have 12 year cycles in my professional background. I have been a Restaurant Manager for 12 years. I was a Systems Administrator for a software developer for 12 years. I am the owner of Evans Computing Management which specializes in the computing needs for small to medium businesses. I have always loved anything to do with building, real estate, and the potential for making good solid purchases and flipping them into big profits.
