Providing REALTOR@ services for both Commercial and Residential Clients.
I have chosen to concentrate on both Residential and Commercial Real Estate
Prior to becoming a REATOR@ I worked for 20 years as a successful sales representative, dealing with both indiviual consumers and business owners. My deals ranged from 1 thousand to 3/4 of a million dollars and involved customers in all three Maritime provinces. I've worked closely with loans officers and investment brokers as well as many other financial resource specialists.
I graduated from Halifax West High School and then enrolled in the CMA program ( then known as the RIA program) attending classes using the facilities of both Saint Mary's and Dalhousie Universities. During my career I've attended numerous management and sales courses both locally and in the United States.
I am a native Nova Scotian, born and brought up in mainland Halifax.
I'm an avid trout fisherman and an amateur guitarist specializing in what I like to call campfire music. I love to explore this beautiful province by car whenever the opportunity arises. I love traveling in general, and have twice journeyed across this country by rail from sea to sea.

The Advanatages of Living in Nova Scotia
For all of my Life I've heard the praises of the Maritime Life style. Over the years I've met numerous folks who have decided to trade the so called "fast lifestyle" of the huge cities like Toronto and Montreal - yes Even Vancouver and Calgary - for the much " slower" but more fulfilling "Maritime Life Style". In this section of my Website I intend to post stories and anecdotes which highlight that Life style and perhaps provide a glimpse of Nova Scotia society to our fellow Canadians.
Who knows? Perhaps one of my little posts will influence someone somewhere to take the plunge. When and if they do I will be there to asist them with all their REALTOR@ needs.
