8 TIPS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR CURB APPEAL

Spring is in the air and the warmer weather is bringing buyers out of hibernation.  First impressions are a large influence in whether you get your asking price and a purchasing decision can be made even before a buyer gets out of their car.  Here are a few simple things you can do to make your home more appealing to potential buyers:
1. Stand across the street from your house and review it’s curb appeal

2. Repair any damage to front walk or driveway
3. Trim shrubs & trees
4. Repair peeling or faded paint.
5. Remove toys, faded or broken furniture and trash from front yard and front door area.
6. Clean windows
7. Make sure roof and gutters are in good condition
8. Plant a few flowers and keep the lawn mowed.
Giving your home a little spring TLC  will create a higher potential for a top dollar sale.
