41 West Presale Condo Deposit Structure

An initial deposit of $20,000 upon an accepted offer. The deposit is then increased to a total of 10% within 10 days of an accepted offer. A third deposit of 5% at the Building Permit stage (Feb 2015?) and an additional 5% within 90 days of the third deposit payment. A final fifth deposit of $3000 is payable in March 2016.

Parking and Storage

Parking is included with all suites and penthouses and 3bdrm suites get two parking. Lockers are included with 2 and 3 bedroom homes and 1 bedrooms get bicyle lockers.
