Floor Plans for Burrard and Nelson
Final plans have not been published. However, we know that of the 294 proposed market condominiums, 75 are to be 1-bedroom, 133 are 2-bedroom, and 85 are 3-bedroom. This means that 75% are suitable for family living.

Amenities at Burrard and Nelson
In addition to a lobby lounge, there will be a ground level cafe or restaurant and a shared common room. To keep fit, an enclosed swimming pool and gym will be available. A unique feature of Burrard and Nelson are outdoor “sky gardens”, located every three floors between homes, which aim to encourage socializing amongst residents.

Parking and Storage
Six levels of underground parking will provide 417 vehicle stalls and 300 Class A bicycle stalls for both the residential tower and the neighbouring rental building. Another 150 bicycle stalls will be situated in the open garden courts of the tower. There will also be one Class A and two Class B loading bays
