Alexandra on English Bay is a new concrete Presale Condo in Vancouver‘s beautiful West End. The new 21 story tower will be built at the corner of Davie Street and Bidwell Street on the site of what was formerly Balthazar a lounge located in the mission style heritage building located at 1215 Bidwell. What Developer is Building Alexandra on English Bay?
This presale is being developed in partnership between Concord Pacific and the Millenium Group. Concord Pacific is handling the marketing and they have a very good reputation with all of the great buildings the have built in Downtown Vancouver and Yaletown like Quaywest II at 1067 Marinaside and Quaywest 1 at 1033 Marinaside.
How Much Will The Deposits be at Alexandra in the West End?
Concord Pacific traditionally requires a 25% deposit with usually 10% upon acceptance of an offer and then the rest of the deposit in 3 intervals of 5% over usually 12-18 months.
West End Location
Expect high ceiling heights between 9′-10’6″ and wide plank hardwood flooring with two suite colour schemes to choose from. Most suites will have large balconies or patios. The kitchens will have Miele appliances and Sub-Zero for the larger suites and European designed cabinetry in the kitchen with quartz stone counter tops. The washrooms will have , marble or limestone flooring, European cabinetry, under counter basins, and chrome fixtures.
Parking and Storage
All suites should include parking except studios. There is a possibility of more parking for sale, but this is not yet finalized. Lockers can be purchased and the cost is not yet finalized.
Amenities & Maintenance Fees
Maintenance fees TBD. Alexandra will have a concierge, nice gym, no pool, nice lounge with a large open space.
When will Alexandra on English Bay by Concord Pacific be Completed?
Construction is supposed to be completed by late 2013.
