According to The Canadian Real Estate Association, sales activity reached the highest level ever for the month of October.

Housing starts have started to recover and are expected to continue to improve in the second half of 2009 also demand for existing homes has rebounded since the beginning of the year. Local REALTORS® were helping to raise money for HABITAT FOR HUMANITY serving tables at Boston Pizza in Wasaga Beach, event was organized by owners of Boston Pizza and Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board. 10% of all receipts were donated to charity.
